The Biggest Games Coming In 2021

Well, we’ve made it to 2021. If you’re a realist, you’ll understand and appreciate that nothing has actually changed from the nightmare that was 2020. However, we can at least look at the beginning of 2021 as symbolic. Hopefully, and I genuinely mean this, 2021 will bring more hope and joy to literally everyone around the world.

Of course, the COVID-19 pandemic that gripped the world throughout 2020 didn’t just play havoc with the worlds health and economics, it also dramatically impacted many industries, not least of which was the video game industry.

2020, at least in the video game industry, was not without its positives. We were given two brand-spanking new consoles that have been an absolute blast for those lucky enough to get their mitts on one. We were also introduced to same fantastic new gaming titles, including: The Last of Us 2, Ghost of Tsushima, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, DOOM Eternal, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 & 2, and many more.

So now we look ahead to 2021, and it’s shaping up to be a whirlwind of a year for the video game industry. Thanks to the introduction of our next-gen consoles in 2020, developers and studios now have the processing power to put together some truly incredible games.
